Privacy Policy

Maintained by Aryvon Intelligence Private Limited, Mumbai.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aryvon Intelligence Private Limited ("Aryvon," "we," "us," or "our") accesses, collects, stores, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit https://www.aryvonai.com, contact us, or engage with our marketing and events (together, the "Services").

It covers information handled through our website and business interactions. It does not govern how VedVault processes an institution’s records within a customer deployment — that processing takes place inside the customer’s own approved environment and is governed by the agreement entered into with that customer.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@aryvonai.com.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide. We collect the personal information you give us voluntarily — for example when you request a demonstration, make an enquiry, or otherwise contact us. Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, job title, organisation, contact preferences, and the content of your message. The information you provide should be accurate and kept up to date.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive personal information.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Services, we automatically collect standard technical information that does not by itself identify you — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, approximate location inferred from your IP address, and information about how you use the site. This is used to keep the Services secure and operational and for our internal analytics and reporting. Some of it is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION

We process your personal information for the purposes below, and only where we have a valid legal basis to do so:

To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or demonstration you request.

To provide, operate, administer, and improve the Services.

To send administrative information, such as changes to our terms, policies, and practices.

To request feedback and understand how the Services are used.

To send marketing communications where you have chosen to receive them — you can opt out at any time.

To keep the Services safe and secure, including preventing fraud and abuse.

To comply with our legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

WHEN AND WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers. With vendors and providers who perform services on our behalf and need access to do so — for example website hosting and cloud infrastructure, communication and collaboration tools, data storage, analytics, and our customer-relationship and marketing systems — under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Legal and safety. Where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Aryvon, our users, or others.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honour this Policy.

Affiliates. With companies under common control with us, who will be required to honour this Policy.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and web beacons) to operate the site, keep it secure, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used. Essential cookies are necessary for the site to function. Where we use optional analytics cookies, we do so to understand aggregate usage and improve the Services. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though some features may not work as intended. Full detail is set out in our Cookie Notice.

AI AND OUR PRODUCTS

Aryvon builds AI products — most notably VedVault, our document-intelligence platform. When VedVault processes an institution’s records, it does so within that institution’s approved environment, and that processing is governed by the customer agreement, not by this website Privacy Policy. This Policy governs the personal information we handle through our website and business interactions, which we do not use to train external AI models.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we no longer have a legitimate need to process it, we delete or anonymise it — or, where that is not immediately possible (such as information held in backups), securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect the personal information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission is at your own risk. Please access the Services from a secure environment.

INFORMATION FROM MINORS

Our Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may hold such information, contact us at privacy@aryvonai.com.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including to access, correct, or delete it, and to withdraw consent.

Withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This does not affect processing already carried out, or processing on other lawful grounds.

Opt out of marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still send necessary service-related messages.

Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

For residents of India, we handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@aryvonai.com.

DO-NOT-TRACK

Most browsers and some devices offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. No common standard for recognising DNT signals has been finalised, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this Policy accordingly.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is indicated by the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice or by contacting you directly. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
