It covers information handled through our website and business interactions. It does not govern how VedVault processes an institution’s records within a customer deployment — that processing takes place inside the customer’s own approved environment and is governed by the agreement entered into with that customer.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive personal information.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Services, we automatically collect standard technical information that does not by itself identify you — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, approximate location inferred from your IP address, and information about how you use the site. AI AND OUR PRODUCTS
Aryvon builds AI products — most notably VedVault, our document-intelligence platform. When VedVault processes an institution’s records, it does so within that institution’s approved environment, and that processing is governed by the customer agreement, not by this website Privacy Policy. This Policy governs the personal information we handle through our website and business interactions, which we do not use to train external AI models.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we no longer have a legitimate need to process it, we delete or anonymise it — or, where that is not immediately possible (such as information held in backups), securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect the personal information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission is at your own risk.
